It is located in Jiumen Industrial Park, Gaocheng District, Shijia City, covering an area of over 110 acres. It is the only company in China that specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of shaft sleeves for construction machinery.
The company has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with many well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, such as Sany Heavy Industry, XCMG Group, Zoomlion Heavy Industry, Lingong Group, Liugong Group, Shanhe Intelligent, Shanhe Reconstruction Machine, Jiangsu Hengli, Taizhong Group, etc. Internationally, many well-known domestic and foreign engineering machinery enterprises such as Kubota from Japan, Shengang from China, and Wacker Neuson from Germany have listed our company as their excellent supplier and inspection free supplier.

Through effective cooperation mechanisms, both parties organically combine education and employment systems with enterprise production and employment systems, and integrate the learning process with the internship process, forming a training model of school factory, factory school, and engineering integration. Through the integration of industry and education, vocational education matches the needs of enterprises, integrates engineering, and improves the quality of high skilled talent training; Simultaneously promoting the modernization of the employee training system, accelerating industrial upgrading, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. After completing the theoretical stage of school learning, students are recommended by the school to select outstanding students for paid internships, which provides talent reserves for the company and offers opportunities for students to choose careers in the future. The school arranges leading teachers to work with enterprises to guide students' practical learning and track their situation. (2) Participate in the "2+2+2" integrated training mode
Our province is deepening the reform of the modern vocational education system construction. The Provincial Department of Education has launched the "2+2+2" integrated training model, forming a tripartite alliance of secondary vocational schools, higher vocational schools, and enterprises, accurately matching the talent needs of enterprises, fully leveraging the advantages of all parties in the alliance, sharing resources, complementing each other, and improving the high-quality development of education, becoming a new model of school enterprise cooperation.
3、 Specific implementation situation
In 2024, the company reached an off campus internship agreement with Xingtai Technician College, with a total of 63 students in two batches. The first batch of 29 people will end at the end of June 2024, and the second batch of 34 people will end in January 2025; The company has reached an internship agreement with Shijiazhuang Railway Transport School, with a total of 42 students from June 2024 to April 2025.
In 2024, graduation internship positions will be provided for graduates of the 24th grade from vocational colleges such as Shijiazhuang Information Engineering Vocational College, Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College, Hebei Industrial Numerical Control Technical School, and Shijiazhuang Technician College.
In the 2024 "2+2+2" integrated training program, the company signed a training agreement with Gaocheng District Vocational and Technical Education Center and Shijiazhuang Information Engineering Vocational College for 30 people majoring in numerical control; Signed a 30 person training agreement for CNC major with Shijiazhuang Railway Transport School and Hebei Railway Transport Vocational and Technical College.
4、 Post production plan
1. Based on the signing of the "2+2+2" integrated training agreement in 2023 and 2024, the enterprise and vocational colleges will determine the specific training plan for the third to sixth years.
2. Further expand the scope of school enterprise cooperation, provide internship positions for current students and graduates, and attract more outstanding students to return to the factory after graduation.
3. Carry out technical cooperation and project research and development cooperation with vocational colleges and universities to increase the competitive advantage of enterprise products.
